Terms of Service

1. Hosting services

We provide prepaid web hosting sold through this portal. Site files are provisioned manually on our infrastructure (for example cPanel or DirectAdmin). Purchase grants a hosting term measured in months (1, 3, 6, or 12).

2. Cooling-off period (5 days)

Within 5 days of payment (new purchase or renewal), you may cancel the hosting service for a full refund through your dashboard. After this window the service is considered registered and locked: you may not change the paid term or request a refund for that payment. Early renewal becomes available when 30 days or fewer remain until expiry.

3. Pricing

Plan prices and period discounts may change at any time in our admin panel. Price changes do not alter the amount already paid for an active term. On renewal, the then-current plan price (and any valid promo code) applies.

4. Non-payment, suspension, and data deletion

If a hosting term expires without renewal, the service is suspended. If payment is still not received within 7 days of suspension, we permanently delete all data for the hosted site (website files and related hosting content on our servers). This process is also described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Trials and promo codes

We may grant trial access or accept promo codes at our discretion. Trials follow the same expiry reminder and suspension rules unless otherwise stated.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use hosting for illegal content, malware, spam, or activities that harm our infrastructure or other customers. We may suspend or terminate services that violate these rules.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Card and wallet details are handled by those providers.
