Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Who we are

This policy describes how we collect and use personal data when you use our website, purchase scripts or hosting, or create an account.

2. Account data and passwords

When you register we store your email, optional name, and password. Passwords are stored in hashed form (bcrypt) and are never stored in plain text. We also record when you accepted this Privacy Policy.

3. Retention and account deletion

We keep your account data while your account remains open. If you delete your account from the dashboard, we permanently erase your account record and associated portal data (licenses, tickets, hosting records in this system, and related information), subject to legal obligations we may have to retain limited transaction records.

4. Hosting content and unpaid services

Website files you host with us are stored on our servers for the duration of an active (or trial) hosting term. If a term expires and is not paid:

  • The service is suspended immediately after expiry.
  • If payment is still not received within 7 days after suspension, we permanently delete all hosted site data (files and related hosting content) for that service.
  • Deletion is performed by our operators on the hosting servers and confirmed in our admin panel. Once purged, hosted content cannot be recovered.

Expiry reminders are emailed before the end of a term (7, 5, 3, 2, and 1 days remaining) as described in our Terms of Service.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We receive payment confirmations and identifiers needed to activate services; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Bot protection

Registration uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP address and browser signals) for that check according to Cloudflare's own policies.

7. Uptime monitoring

For hosting services with a configured public URL, we periodically check availability and store status results (timestamps, HTTP status, latency) to show uptime in your dashboard.

8. Contact

For privacy requests, contact us through the support tickets on your account or the email published on this site.
